The North Dakota Department of Transportation will be receiving bids for the NDDOT Fargo Headquarters Roof Replacement Project. Enclose bids in a sealed envelope, addressed to North Dakota Department of Transportation, 503 38th Street South, Fargo, ND 58103. Each bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing the contractor's license and bid security. Bidders will be required to provide a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid amount. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds of 100 percent of bid amount. Contractors may be requested to submit a Contractor's Qualification Statement. Bids will not be accepted via email, facsimile, or other electronic submissions. Owner reserves right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bids or bidding. Question Deadline 07/29/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Architect in writing. Reroof scope on approximately 28,000 sf office and vehicle storage building roof. Replacement roofing system will include removal of existing membrane, flashing, insulation and vapor barrier down to the existing structural deck. Replacement insulation and a fully adhered EPDM membrane system along with flashing, scuppers, and vapor barrier to be provided. Project also includes structural strengthening of existing roof structure, skylight removal and infill. Existing rooftop HVAC equipment, piping, curbs, etc. shall be temporarily removed and reinstalled after roofing work complete. Modify curbs electrical connections and gas piping as required to accommodate additional insulation thickness.
