Renovation of a municipal facility in Salt Spring Island, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The NSSWD is seeking proposals from qualified, endorsed and insured vendors to provide services as outlined in the RFP for renovations to an office building located at 761 Upper Ganges Road. The successful proponent is responsible for all costs and logistics pertaining to permits, approvals, disassembly, removal, loading, disposal, environmental remediation and transportation of extracted materials. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following items below: Remove Portions of Interior Walls Add New Interior Walls, Creating 3 New Offices Make Existing Walls Soundproof Remove Existing Windows Add New Windows at Front of Building Remove Existing Exterior Door Replace Existing Exterior Doors with New Security Doors Move Temperature Controller Move Alarm to Entrance Remove Existing Baseboard Heaters Add New Ceiling Heat Diffuser Add additional roof insulation Add New Exit Signs Add New Soundproof Walls Remove Mailbox Add New Mailbox to Reception Area Painting Building Exterior PLAN VIP5166 - PID 005-949-335
