Ironwood Place - Backup Generator. Ironwood Place, built in 2007, is a 4-story senior assisted living apartment building with (54) units, consisting of (52) 1-bedroom and (2) 2-bedroom units. The facility includes multi-purpose rooms, a lounge, a common dining area, a commercial kitchen, a bathing room, and office space. TIMELINE: Request for Quotations for the project is underway to prospective Proponents to submit an offer for the provision of Electrical Prime Consultant Services for the Rates and the Schedule established in Appendix B - Quotation Form. All contracts will be executed by the Owner and the Prime Consultant; however, all contract related documentation and correspondence will be directed through BC Housing. This RFQ seeks to engage an experienced electrical consultant to design the backup generator system for Ironwood Place and assist the society with construction administration. *Deadline for Questions: Wednesday, March 12th, 2025 @ 10:00 a.m. Questions submitted after this deadline will not receive a response. All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the RFQ Contact person prior to the date and time as per the Timetable. *Budget estimate is unconfirmed.
