A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This work in general consists of construction of the following, but not limited to:1.Drainage Improvements to a multi-use field by the installation of a French drain system.2.Construction of a new bathroom facility. Bid Security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The Work consists of the construction of a corrugated HDPE "French Drain" system, the installation of an outfall structure, and the construction of an approximately 993 square foot bathroom facility at Ralph Stout Park and other associated tasks related to these efforts. Work includes the following major components: (Quantities are approximate. Contractor to verify using project plans) 1. A complete and functional, turn key, bathroom facility as shown on the project documents 2. 1,650 LF of 4-inch perforated corrugated HDPE lateral pipe 3. 460 LF of 6-inch solid wall corrugated HDPE header pipe 4. 60 LF of 6-inch ductile iron pipe 5. Construction of the "French drain" system 6. New outfall structure including a concrete headwall and a 6-inch diameter duckbill check valve 7. Erosion control, cleanup and seeding 8. Any necessary supporting work and appurtenances for the above to form a complete, functional installation.
