Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mountain City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,602-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Renovate the existing former armory building (approximately 19,478 sf) to accommodate Johnson County Schools Cosmetology Program (approximately 5,602 sf) and Johnson County Government Offices (approximately 5,334 sf) and Community Space (approximately 8,542 sf). A five percent (5%) Bid Security is required. The successful Contractor shall be required to produce a Performance Bond, Material and Labor Bond, and Insurance as required by the contract documents, and enter into a contract with the Owner. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of the Bid Bond. Non-discrimination policy applies to this project. Five percent (5%) Bid Security, Drug Free Workplace Affidavit, Iran Divestment Act Certification, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Non-Boycott of Israel Certification, Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension and Other Responsibility Matters, Certification Regarding Equal Employment Opportunity, Certification Regarding Use of Women/Minority Subcontractors, Anti-Lobbying Amendment Certification, and a copy of the Bidders State Contractors License must be completed and returned with bid package. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid or bids that are judged to be in the best interest of the Owner. Question Deadline 04/25/2025 Bidders shall submit questions about the bidding documents to the Designer in writing
