Renovation of a mixed-use development in Estevan, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and fitness / recreation center.

The design and installation of the new boilers shall meet or exceed the following criteria. Project budget estimate $550,000 (CDN) dollars. Proposed boiler must meet the required BTU output of the existing equipment (please refer to pictures provided above and can be reviewed during site visit) Must meet all applicable safety, regulatory, TSASK and CSA standards. All drawings for design/ operation must be signed/ sealed by professional Engineers. Must meet applicable code requirements for design and operation in the province of Saskatchewan. Equipment selection and installation with 20-year life expectancy. Proponents must include the recommended maintenance schedule to attain that lifespan including operations manuals and warranties on materials and labour All components, parts and hardware must be new materials only. Inclusive and barrier free access to facility during construction. Site securement through construction, maintain cleanliness and site restoration upon completion so that all disturbed areas are operationally ready.
