The purpose of the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) is to select a highly qualified firm capable of providing specialized services in support of Lyon County's Community Development Department and other associated department's pertaining to the Silver Springs Airport. These services are related to Engineering Services and related incidental special services for the Silver Springs Airport (SPZ). Lyon County is seeking qualified firms to submit qualifications for a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) for Airport Engineering Services for the Silver Springs Airport (SPZ). 1.
