The project shall include, but not be limited to: the installation of a new manufactured home, stemwall foundation and utility upgrades for manufactured home, site and utility improvements at Lahontan State Recreation Area, Lyon County, Nevada. Other associated or incidental work as shown or specified in the contract drawings and specifications. Proposals will be received online until 10:00 AM PST on November 20, 2025. Only online electronic bids will be accepted, requiring a $42 fee to submit. Bidders must possess a valid Class A, B, or AB contractor's license issued by the Nevada State Contractors Board and be registered and in good standing with the Nevada Secretary of State. Bidders must provide verifiable documentation and references of at least three similar projects completed successfully. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total bid price payable to the Nevada Division of State Parks as a guarantee. The successful bidder must promptly execute the contract, secure necessary insurance, furnish a performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price, and furnish a labor and material bond in the amount of 100 percent of the bid price. No less than the general prevailing wage rates in the locality as determined by the Labor Commissioner of the State of Nevada and the U.S. Department of Labor shall be paid to all workmen employed on the work.
