Village of Hunter Greene County, New York Village Hall Relocation Contracts , 1G, 1E, 1H, 1P Work shall include but is not limited to The project involves renovating a portion of an existing building shared with a tenant and constructing an addition to house the new village hall. The work includes structural, architectural, and site improvements, along with upgrades to the building's electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. The addition will also feature a fire-rated security structure for a secured file storage area. This project includes multiple Prime Contracts. Contract 1G - General Contract Contract 1E - Electrical Contract Contract 1H - HVAC Contract. Question Deadline 03/26/2025 Questions should be sent to Anthony Mantas, E.I.T., via email at amantas@delawareengineering.com. Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the Bid and to reject any or all Bids.
