RFQ Design - Architect for Building Maintenance for Brazos County Expo Complex Question Deadline 03/25/2025 at 5:00 PM CT INTRODUCTION Brazos County is seeking qualifications for the Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services necessary to assist the County in programing design and construction administration of our deferred maintenance plan at the Brazos County Expo Complex located at 5827 Leonard Road, Bryan, TX 77807. Various buildings are in need of much repair, with many of the items identified and documented in the attached building evaluation provided by VLK Architects (Exhibit A). The County would like to work with a design team, in conjunction with a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), to remedy as many items in the report as possible with an allotted budget of $11.5 million. Multiple bid packages and GMPs would be encouraged in an effort to begin work on some items as efficiently as possible. The County has prioritized the list and will work with both the Architect and CMAR to find how much of this list can be completed within the budget allotted. The County reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole, any proposals submitted, and to waive any technicalities for the best interest of the County.
