Site Address: 4374 Hesper Road City: Billings County: Yellowstone State/Province: MT Site Directions: Access to the project site is south off Hesper Road approximately 2/3 mile west of Shiloh Road, Billings, MT. The project generally consists of Electrical and Controls work for the City of Billings BBWA Raw Water Delivery project. The project is divided into two Bid Schedules as further defined below: 1. Bid Schedule 1 a. General: Bid Schedule 1 includes all components necessary to power, control and operate the Raw Water Pump Station. b. Electrical and Controls associated with Raw Water Pump Station 1) Installation of General Contractor furnished Unit Substation 2) Variable Frequency Drives 3) Panels and transformer with equipment tags beginning with "RWPS" 4) Power and controls at Raw Water Pump Station 5) Lighting for canopies and pump station 6) Duct banks including wiring from connections at West End Water Treatment Plant to Antenna Tower sight to Raw Water Pump Sation unit substation and panels noted above 7) Antenna Tower and associated facilities 8) Duct banks including wire between Raw Water Pump Station, variable frequency drives and "RWPS" panels 2. Bid Schedule 2 a. Includes power, lighting and controls at the following facilities: 1) BBWA Unloader 2) Screen Structure 3) Canyon Creek Diversion Structure b. Includes duct bank and wire from Screen Structure to BBWA Unloader. c. Includes duct bank and wire from Raw Water Pump Station electrical and control facilities to the Screen Structure and to Canyon Creek Diversion Structure. CONTRACTOR and any of the CONTRACTOR'S subcontractors bidding or doing work on this project will be required to be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). Forms for registration are available from the Department of Labor and Industry, P.O. Box 8011, 1805 Prospect, Helena, Montana 59604-8011. The CONTRACTOR must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled opening of bids. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the City of Billings and Dick Anderson Construction.
