The Yellowstone County Board of County Commissioners requires services from a qualified engineering firm to assist in the planning, surveying, engineering, final design and construction documents including cost schedule for Lockwood Infrastructure Improvements. The Lockwood infrastructure project requires that the Owners engage a qualified firm to design the project following the general guidelines for the construction of the above-named project. Four (4) copies of the qualification (1 original, 3 copies) must be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, P.O. Box 35000, Billings, MT 59107 or delivered to their office, 3rd Floor Room 3101- Stillwater Building, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101 All qualifications must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "LOCKWOOD INFRASTRUCTURE." in the lower right hand corner. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications received, to waive informalities, to evaluate the qualifications submitted and to accept the qualification that best serves the interests of Yellowstone County.
