Renovation of a military facility in Lakehurst NAEC, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

1.1 The intent of this document is to provide the offeror an understanding of the scope of the work required to provide and install designated furniture in accordance with the SOW Diagram into Building 562 (ground floor and elevator access) at Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ 08733. Procure, assemble and deliver furniture to include the following specified items: 1.1.1 Two (2) Private Office Suites with Systems Furniture Enclosures; 1.1.2 Four (4) Freestanding Lab Furniture Workareas with common Systems Furniture Enclosure 1.1.3 One (1) Collaboration Set; 1.1.4 One (1) Standard Systems Furniture Workarea; 1.1.5 Seven (7) Chair Mats; 1.1.6 Two (2) Front Step-On Trash Cans (locations to be determined upon delivery); 1.1.7 (ADDED) Relocate one (1) existing three-part wood desk (desk, return & credenza) within same building prior to new installation. 1.2 The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, labor, materials, supervision, transportation and any and all other items necessary to perform the following work as describe herein. Questions and requests for the Statement of Work Diagram may be submitted no later than 17 March 2025, 5:00PM EDT. *Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to extend the closing date to 3/24/2025 at 17:00 EDT* The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWCAD LKE) has a requirement for the procurement, assembly, and installation of furniture for the NAWCAD LKE Building 562 Room 230 Work Area Build v3, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to award a Firm- Fixed-Price contract. The Period of Performance (PoP) for the resultant award shall be ninety (90) days after contract award. *A discretionary site visit will be offers for this requirement. Attendance is NOT a requirement for award but it highly encouraged. Any offeror attending a site visit shall do so at its own expense. The Government will not compensate or be responsible for any costs associated with a site visit. Responses must be received by , 5:00PM EDT, via email.
