Ref. #: RFP# 2420SM Question Deadline 03/19/2025 at 1:00 PM CT Questions through Online Portal Katy Independent School District is seeking bid responses for the Replacement of the kitchen serving line at the Morton Ranch High School 9th Grade Cafeteria It is the intention of Katy ISD to establish a contract with a highly qualified vendor to provide turnkey service to replace the serving line in the 9 th grade kitchen at Morton Ranch High School, 21000 Franz Road, Katy TX 77449. Nutrition and Food Service staff will provide the potential proposers the opportunity to participate in a site visit so that the proposers can better adapt proposal to the facility. Vendor(s) shall, at the request of Katy ISD, provide these products and/or covered services under the terms of this RFP. Vendor will deliver counters, uncrate, bring inside building,set in place, complete all field welds and joints, complete all final assembly, and level. This includes a site visit for dimensioning and field coordination. Plumbing and electrical connections will be provided by the vendor. This contract aims to procure the necessary serving line replacement components for this location. The vendors must submit bids for all items listed in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A Site Visit is Highly Recommended for all potential proposers. Failure to bid on any of the listed items may result in the vendor's submission being deemed incomplete, and they may not be considered for the contract.
