Renovation of an educational facility in Lockport, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of April 1, 2025, this project is in the pre-con stage. Construction is anticipated to commence June 2025. Construction Notice is hereby given by the Lockport Township High School District 205 that sealed bids will be accepted for the renovation of Lockport Township High School Central Campus located at 1222 S. Jefferson Street, Lockport, Illinois 60441. The project scope of work consists of Five (5) Bid Packages: BP#1 - General Trades BP#2 – Roofing. Demolition, Decking BP#3 - Electrical BP#4 - Plumbing BP#5 - Heat Vent Air Conditioning and Piping Systems Bids will be received and publicly opened at Central Campus (1222 S. Jefferson Street, Lockport, Illinois 60441). on Bids shall he accompanied by either an acceptable Certified or Cashier's check or a Bid Bond with a Best's Rating of A / VIII or better, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate of the Base Bid and all Alternates, made payable to the Owner. The successful Bidder for the project will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond in the sum equal to the amount of the Work, with sureties having a Best's Rating of A- or better
