Site work for a development in Enola, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The contract covers all aspects of the realignment and restoration of Enola Run in Enola, PA. Work includes stream grading, placement of rock and log grade control structures, installing woody debris in the floodplain and pools, installation of plants, and seeding and mulching of disturbed areas. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to East Pennsboro Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Notice is hereby given to bidders that the contract is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time is one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. This contract includes, but is not limited to, site preparation, implementation of adequate erosion and sediment controls, filling, excavation and grading, placement of rock grade control structures, and all other aspects as outlined in these Contract Documents and Drawings. East Pennsboro Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids
