Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hillsboro, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Forest is accepting sealed bids for the following: o Single and double asphalt chip seal coat 20' wide- Single application over hard surface, single application over gravel surface, double application over gravel surface. We request seal coat specifications be included in bid. o Crushed rock products delivered and picked up. All gravel products must meet State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation specifications. o Rock Sand for winter treatment of roads. o Contractor proof of insurance for road materials and seal coat must be included. o Trucking and machine hire. List equipment, size and hourly rate for equipment and operator. Chairman Davison may be contacted with any questions at 608-489-4403. The Town of Forest reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or reward the contract to the bidder, who in the opinion of the town board, will be the most advantageous for the Town of Forest. Please mark "Summer Bid-Gravel" or "Summer Bid-Seal Coating" or "Road Sand" or "Machine Hire" on the envelope.
