Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The Bolingbrook Park District will accept sealed bids for 'Bolingbrook 2025 Playground Renovations' . The proposed work consists of the provision of materials, labor, and equipment necessary to install concrete paving, asphalt paving, modular concrete retaining wall, engineered wood fiber surfacing, playground equipment, site furniture, underdrainage, and restoration. The park district reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any informality, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Bolingbrook Park District. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). All proposals must include a ten percent (10%)Bid Guarantee. No bidder may withdraw his proposal after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) calendar days.
