New Health Lab, flooring, drywall, ceilings, paint, HVAC, plumbing and Electrical work. The Erie County Technical School will receive sealed bids for each of the following: General, HVAC,Plumbing and Electrical Construction Work for the New Health Lab for the Erie County Technical School, 8500 Oliver Road, Erie, PA16509 Bid security in the minimum amount of ten percent(10%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds. Attention is called to the fact that the Contractor must ensure that applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin or physical handicap, and that the Resident Employment and Training Requirements of Executive Order 11246 be observed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days, subsequent to the opening of bids, without the consent of the Erie County Technical School. THE DISTRICT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AGENCY
