The “Project” will consist of demolition of an existing procedure room and buildout of a new ERCP and supporting spaces including Staff Lounge, Physician Work, Staff Toilet, and Clean Room for a total project size of 1,093 SQFT. Goals and Scope of this Engagement a. Minimize disruption to existing operations utilizing flexible work schedules and innovative solutions. b. Minimize overall construction duration, allowing this space to be put into service as soon as possible. It is the Owner’s expectation to be substantially complete by October 31st 2025. c. Provide field investigation and constructability review to the Design team. d. All Division 27 Communications (IIS low voltage) is to be included within the CM- R scope. e. All Division 28 Security is to be included within the CM-R scope. f. Scope to include assessments of existing HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems to determine best approach for intended outcomes.
