The City is seeking Contractors to perform On-Call and Scheduled Sprinkler/Fire Protection System Maintenance, Inspection, and Repairs. This contract is for One (1) year, but will retain Two (2) one-year renewal options to be exercised at the City's sole discretion. The bid is governed by Massachusetts General Laws (MGL) Ch. 149 and other procurement statutes. All bidders must be DCAMM certified The City of Springfield goal of twenty (20%) MWBE participation applies. Massachusetts DLS Prevailing Wage rates apply.
