Renovation of a municipal facility in Craig, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Craig (the City) located in NW Colorado, is seeking REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) to install a Commercial Rooftop Unit (RTU) at the Yampa Building, located at 775 Yampa Ave. The system does not effectively generate the cooling requirements needed for that portion of the building. Furthermore, as this is a professional building with high volume of patron's conducting business, the selected contractor must implement optimal safety measures to reduce any potential safety hazards throughout the duration of project (proper signage, safety markers, barricades, and equipment etc.).
