Renovation of a fire / police facility in Swansea, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Due to leaks under the Cooling Tower that is a key component to the Police Department's HVAC mechanical system, the Town is looking to replace the cooling tower, removing the old system. Town of Swansea is inviting bids from qualified vendors for the replacement and passivation for the cooling tower for the HVAC system at the Swansea Police Department, 1700 GAR Highway, Swansea, MA 02777. Bidders must be certified HVAC technicians. A 5% bid deposit is due with bids. A 50% payment bond must be provided at time of execution of contract with the selected vendor. Warranty information must also be provided. The Town of Swansea may cancel this IFB or reject in whole or in part any and all bids if cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the Town.
