Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
Soliciting bids from Contractors for asbestos abatement within the Town Hall Annex in preparation for an addition/renovation project for town offices. Selected Contractor is responsible to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and resources necessary to properly abate, remove, and dispose of the designated ACM located as identified in the specifications and to perform decontamination work as required and explained in specifications. 50% payment bond required. 5% bid deposit required. Question Deadline 02/20/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions concerning this IFB must be submitted by email to procurement@swanseama.gov . All questions/inquiries must be received, . Written responses will be provided, by email transmission, to all those companies that have requested a copy of the IFB no later than February 25, 2025. Estimated Cost $65,000 Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
