bridge projects consisting of furnishing the following treated #2 Douglas fir bridge plank: 88 each - 3"x12"x20', 216 each - 3"x12"x18', 132each - 3"x12"x16', and 77 each - 3"x3"x12'. All material is to be treated to meet IDOT standards. The material is to be delivered to 104 3rd Avenue, DeWitt, IA 52742. Required Delivery Date- May 15, 2025 Liquidated Damages- $50.00 per day Bids shall include cost to deliver to the Clinton County DeWitt Shop 104 3rd Ave DeWitt, IA 52742 A certified check made payable to the County, or a Cashier's check, made payable to Clinton County, drawn upon a state or federally chartered bank or bid bond, shall be filed with each proposal in an amount set forth in the proposal form. Cashier's check, made payable to the contractor, shall contain an unqualified endorsement to the County signed by the contractor or his/her authorized agent. Failure to execute a contract and file an acceptable performance bond and certificate of insurance within 30 days of the approval date for awarding of the contract, as herein provided will be just and sufficient cause for the denial of the award and the forfeiture of the proposal guaranty.
