The Housing Authority of Bergen County will be receiving sealed bids for: CARPET & PADDING, LVT, VCT,RUBBER FLOORING, RUBBER STAIR TREADS, VINYL WALL BASE, FLOORING SUPPLIES & CARPET & FLOORINSTALLATION AND REPAIRS ON AN OPEN-END AS REQUIRED BASIS AT BUILDINGS OWNED AND/OR MANAGED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF BERGEN COUNTY in accordance with specifications dated March 2025. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. PHOTOCOPIES, FACSIMILIES OR EMAILS OF THE BID DOCUMENTS WILLNOT BE ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF THE ORIGINALS. pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-23 a hard copy of each bid MUST also be mailed, or hand delivered: bearing the name and address of the bidder on the outside 4) clearly marked "BID" with the name of the item(s) being bid Housing Authority of Bergen County, Purchasing Department One Bergen County Plaza, Floor 2, Hackensack, NJ 07601It should be noted that electronic bid submissions will be kept locked and will only be made accessible to the Authority on the prescribed bid opening date and time herein noted. The Housing Authority of Bergen County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities in the bidding, sever or make awards ofall or parts of any bids to one or more bidders. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the bid opening without the consent of the Housing Authority of Bergen County.
