City of Prince George (the "City ") invites bids from qualified and experienced contractors to supply all materials, labour, supervision, and equipment for the construction of concrete curb and gutter as well as sidewalks for the City in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein on a non-exclusive basis. The City reserves the right to add or delete work at their discretion. This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information). The Scope of Work consists of, but is not limited to design, manufacturing, factory routine and pre-delivery testing, supply, offloading to foundation at Work Site, supervision of installation and supervision of pre-commissioning tests, of one (1) three-phase transformer, 25/14.4 kV, 12/16MVA, including all required materials and labour for normal operation of the transformer, in accordance with the specifications and technical data provided in this Schedule "A" - Scope of Work, the Technical Specifications provided in Schedule "D" Attachment 1 , and the Contract Documents.
