The City of Riverside ("City") is seeking a qualified entity or individual ("Company") to provide utility potholing services. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Other Details Proposals will only be considered from Companies that meet the following prerequisites: Have at least five (5) years of experience in providing services of a similar type and scope as described in the Scope of Services ("Services") (Exhibit "A"). A valid and active Class A - General Engineering license in good standing. Have not filed for bankruptcy under any business name over the past five (5) years. Have registered as a "Prospective Bidder" on the City's electronic Current Prospective Bidders List.
