Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Horizontal Collector Well (HCW) HVAC Replacement The bids consist of the following bid packages and descriptions: Bid Package No. 1: General Contract Generally includes the demolition of one 30-inch ductile iron reducing tee and insulation and replaced with a reducing 90-deg ductile iron fitting with insulation and PVC jacket to match. Bid Package No. 2: Mechanical Contract Generally includes the demolition of the existing building HVAC system and replaced with a new HVAC system including air handling units, ducts, and ventilation. The Mechanical Contractor will be responsible for all equipment handling and new building penetrations and exterior louvers. Bid Package No. 3: Electrical Contract Generally includes the demolition of one existing Intake Pump drive and wiring and HVAC chilled water pump, drive, and wiring. Installation of Owner furnished replacement 700 HP VFD. The Electrical Contractor will be responsible for all equipment handling, setting, and wiring of the VFD. Package includes modifications to the electrical power supply for the new mechanical equipment, disconnects, and reconnects.
