Furnishing paving materials and related items. The materials supply bids shall be divided into multiple parts: Part A - AC Superpave, Part B - Bituminous Tack Oil, Part C - Asphalt Cement, Part D - Asphalt Cement Sealant, Part F - Crushed Granite, Part G - Cold Patch. A separate contract will be awarded for each part. A SUPPLIER may bid on any one or combination of the parts. For all Parts, there will be no guarantee as to the quantity required, as such supply shall be on the basis of need. The approximate quantities used in the proposals are for comparison and analysis of bids submitted and shall not be construed to represent the actual quantity of material to be provided. Digital obtain and bidding through online is still required. Bidding requires a separate $42.00 payment to electronically. The bid bond shall be conditioned that if the principal's bid is accepted and a contract is awarded, the principal shall execute the contract within ten days of receipt of the notice of award.
