Project Description: Guilford County is seeking letters of interest from qualified professionals for Architectural and Engineering Services for a complete building assessment with capital cost estimates for the facility located at 232 N. Edgeworth St, Greensboro, NC 27401. The 5-story, 36,000 sq ft. building was built in 1963 and is owned by Guilford County and occupied by the NC Department of Adult Correction's offices of Probation and Parole. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
