Per below Specifications and Instructions to Bidders, vendors are to supply all labor and materials to complete the Interior Door Lock Replacement at: Northern Guilford Middle School, 616 Simpson-Calhoun Rd, Greensboro, NC 27455 This project consists of a hardware conversion for the interior doors at 78 locations within Northern Guilford Middle School. Contractor to modify and install all hardware. Removal of all hardware. Clean and remove trash. Quote to include materials and labor to install: o 78 Schlage EVEREST o 8 Crash Bars o 1 Key box per location All classrooms shall be storeroom function. Storeroom Function Lock: o The outside lever/handle is always locked. It does not turn or open the door unless you use a key. o The inside lever/handle always allows free egress o The door automatically locks when closed o It cannot be left unlocked from the outside The Guilford County BOE Reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented and to waive any informalities and irregularities. Guilford County Schools reserves the right to award this project in part or in whole, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of the district. The award is contingent upon availability of funds. Minority businesses are encouraged to submit proposals for this project.
