Through this Request for Proposals (this "RFP"), the Joint Water Commission ("JWC") seeks design and construction support services provided by a highly qualified firm for a new drinking water treatment plant ("WTP") bulk sodium hypochlorite chemical disinfection system housed in a seismically resilient facility. JWC has received hazard mitigation grant funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency ("FEMA") for this project. The grant funding is managed by the Oregon Department of Emergency Management ("OEM"). This RFP details the compliance requirements associated with this hazard mitigation grant funding, including responsibilities of the Consultant and Subconsultants(s).
