Installation and Patch Work - Patch and paint concrete/paneled walls to match surfaces at any existing and/or new ladder anchor and penetration points - Install one new aluminum ladder with cage (Ladder #1) on South wall at location east of the exhaust air louver if existing or additional structure and mounting locations can be provided.
