Refinish the internal surfaces of all showers (65), floor, walls and ceiling including the interior and exterior of the doors and door frames; also 12" high stainless-steel covers will be added to the frames to prevent future deterioration and rust, where needed (15 sets - unsecured showers and 8 Sets - secure showers). Mold grows on existing floors and walls; it is a health concern. Epoxy coating floors and the walls, and refinishing doors and frames will help protect the materials underneath and it will be easier to maintain.
