The project will include asphalt paving, new concrete sidewalks, new concrete curb and gutter, concrete retaining wall, storm drainage, site work, erosion/sediment control measures, labor and materials necessary to install the authorized work. This project is funded in part by the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) and subject to compliance with funding agency regulations No proposal will be considered unlessit is accompanied by satisfactory evidence that the Bidder holds Georgia State Contractor's License, or qualifications with the Georgia Department of Transportation for similar work, in compliance with Act. O.C.G.A. 43-41. All required federal, state, and local permits as well as required easements or rights of way for the project will be obtained prior to Construction. This project will be funded from the Gwinnett County Community Development Block Grant program and therefore services provided must comply will all applicable federal governmentstatutory and regulatory requirements.
