**As of May 14, 2025, this project has been awarded to Insituform Technologies USA, LLC with the bid amount of $608,781.51.** 2025 Sanitary Sewer CIPP Project In general, the work consists of the following approximate quantities: 5,600 LF 9" - 10" Sewer Rehabilitation, CIPP 390 LF Manhole Rehabilitation Together with bypass pumping, joint grouting, erosion control, traffic control, restoration and related appurtenances. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. he City reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 30 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids . The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the City.
