36C78625Q50038 Rock Island Grounds Maintenance & Irrigation Maintenance Service -- S208 Contractor shall provide ground maintenance and irrigation maintenance service for the Rock Island National Cemetery at Bldg. 118, Rodman Avenue, Moline, IL 61265 This is a hybrid contract with a Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determination and also a Davis Bacon Act (DBA) wage determination. Contract Line Items that should be priced using Davis Bacon Act wages are identified as such on the Price Schedule, and all other Contract Line Items should be priced using the SCA wage determination. This will be a IDIQ contract with a base and four (4) option years, if exercised. See attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation for full details. All questions regarding this solicitation are to be submitted to the contracting officer, via email, no later than, 03/7/2025 10:00am EST to 9:00 am (CT). No questions will be accepted after this time. Questions pertaining to this announcement shall be sent by email to: olalekan.ismail@va.gov. Period of Performance: Base: 1 April 2025- 31 March 2026 Option 1: 1 April 2026- 31 March 2027 Option 2: 1 April 2027- 31 March 2028 Option 3: 1 April 2028- 31 March 2029 Option 4: 1 April 2029- 31 March 2030 Place of Performance: Rock Island National Cemetery Bldg. 118, Rodman Avenue Moline, IL 61265.
