The City of Stockton is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide OBIC armor lining for corrosion protection in manholes, sewer lines, and other related infrastructure within the city public works systems For any questions regarding this RFP, please contact: Vanessa Harper, City Clerk at 417-276-5210 or email to cityclerk@stocktonmo.org Objective: The purpose of this project is to install OBIC armor lining to prevent corrosion in various infrastructure components, including manholes, sewer lines, and other relevant assets, to ensure the continued performance and safety of the city's utilities. Specific Areas to be Addressed: The contractor will be responsible for providing corrosion protection to the following infrastructure: o Manholes o Sewer lines o Stormwater drainage pipes (if applicable) Scope of Work: The scope includes the following: o Supply of OBIC armor lining materials o Surface preparation of affected infrastructure o Installation of OBIC armor lining on manholes, sewer lines, and other relevant components o Post-installation inspection and quality control checks o Documentation and reporting of work completed o Warranty/guarantee information for materials and workmanship Material Requirements: The OBIC armor lining must meet or exceed the following specifications: o High-quality corrosion-resistant properties o Suitability for use in sewer and wastewater systems Performance Expectations: The OBIC armor lining should provide long-lasting protection and be able to withstand extreme temperatures and humidity.
