Project Description: This project includes the resurfacing of approximately 9,222 square yards of asphalt concrete pavement on portions of Melrose Drive, Westridge Drive, and Beechwood Avenue. Contact the City Engineer at 330-263-5251 for all questions and requests for additional information. Project Cost: The Engineer's estimated construction cost for this project is $225,000. Project Completion Date: September 1, 2025. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same, and be accompanied by a bidding bond or a certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid price as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance secured OR provide a contract bond for 100% of the bid amount. Contact the City Engineer at 330-263-5251 for all questions and requests for additional information. ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS The City of Wooster, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids; to waive minor irregularities in the bid and to award the contract or contracts to the lowest and best bidder which the City deems will best serve the City.
