Project Description: • Contract A includes the installation of approximately 1,902 feet of 8" PVC sanitary sewer along Milltown Road, including the installation of 8 manholes. • Contract B includes electrical and pump replacement at a wastewater lift station. Project Cost: The Engineer’s estimated construction cost for this project is: • Contract A: $800,000 • Contract B: $100,000 Project Completion Date: December 31, 2025 Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same, and be accompanied by a bidding bond or a certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid price as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance secured OR provide a contract bond for 100% of the bid amount.
