Steeple Chase/Church Hill Ct. Repairs consisting of partial depth repairs and asphalt overlay The Trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Repairs Project ID# APP-045106 consisting of partial depth repairs and asphalt overlay at a Wayne County Engineer's estimate of $125,500.00 with a completion date on or before September 5, 2025 The intent of this contract is to perform removal of the existing asphalt surface via pavement milling, perform partial depth pavement repairs, and resurfacing with hot mix asphalt concrete. The Contractor shall have all portions of the contract completed on or before Friday, September 26, 2025. The Contractor shall maintain two-way traffic on one lane within the active work zone by using flaggers consistent with CMS 614, the details and notes on Standard Construction Drawing MT97.11 as well as plan details, standard drawings, and as outlined in the construction and maintenance section of the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices current edition with the latest revisions. Payment for all labor, equipment and materials shall be included in the lump sum contract price for Item 614 - Maintaining Traffic unless separately itemized in this contract.
