Site work for a civil project in New Braunfels, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Scope Street, Erosion Control, Water and Drainage Improvements Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or a certified or cashiers check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid . The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond each in the sum of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The successful bidder must also provide a one-year (1) Maintenance Bond for one hundred (100) percent of the cost of the construction of the improvements that will be owned by Comal County MUD No. 6. Question Deadline 03/13/2025 Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online for such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except the time for submitting a Bid.
