DPS seek to repair and repair the parking lot per the SOW. DPS seeks to repave and repair the parking lot located at 2398 W. Gibson St., Jasper, Texas. This section outlines the scope of work included in the project. Refer to the appropriate drawings and specification sections for further information about installation, preparation methods and components to be provided. The contractor is responsible for including all means and methods necessary to complete this portion of the project. This list is generic in nature for major items and intended only to give an overview of general project scope. 2. Mill and repave existing asphalt pavement with Type D Hot Mix asphalt to a depth of 2". 3. Ensure existing base is level and repair deficiencies. 4. Repair any damaged areas of asphalt. 5. Paint curbs for fire lanes and provide directional markings. 6. Replace parking area signage including ADA required signage. 7. Repair damaged concrete areas and curbing. 8. Restripe Parking Lot 9. Ensure all ADA and TAS 2012 HC parking spaces comply with all ADA and TAS 2012 requirements. 10. Provide one (1) year warranty on all installation work. 11. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project. ADD ALTERNATE 1 1. Provide 2400sf of new 6" thick 3000psi with #4 rebar @ 16" o.c, both directions concrete pavement in lieu of asphalt pavement. Exact location at parking lot to be determined before construction. Provide traffic sealants at asphalt to concrete transitions. Provide expansion joints at 30' o.c and control joints at 15' o.c. ADD ALTERNATE 2 1. Install wheel stops at all parking spaces.
