Bids shall be made in accordance with the Notice to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, Specifications and Bid Form, which are on file and available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk. Bids must be sealed and marked "SW 89th Street Overlay Project" with the name and address of the Bidderin the upper left-hand corner of the envelope and mailed or delivered to the attention of Tammi Noblitt, CityClerk, City of Mustang, 1501 N. Mustang Road, Mustang, Oklahoma 73064. All Bidders must sign Business Relationship, Anti-Collusion, a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, Certificate of Non-Discrimination Statements, and Verification of Non-Boycotting of Energy Companies. Each of these statements shall be submitted with the sealed bid. Failure to submit these required documents with a Bid shall be cause for rejection of the Bid. The City of Mustang is exempt from payment of Federal, State and local taxes. The successful Bidder must also show proof of proper Liability Insurance in an amount of no less than $1,000,000.00 and Workman's Compensation prior to execution of the contract. The City of Mustang reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. The City of Mustang further reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder. The City of Mustang further reserves the right to issue change-orders on awarded projects.
