The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of Request for Proposal, Information for Proposers, SPECIFICA-TIONS, and ADDENDA, may be examined at the following location: City of Monroe Purchasing Division 1014 Grammont Street Monroe, LA 71201. All Proposers MUST obtain copies of Proposal Documents from the City of Monroe Purchasing Division by emailing the Purchasing Division at purchasing@ci.monroe.la.us, thereby being added to the Proposers' List. Proposals from vendors not on the Proposers' List will not be accepted. The name of the vendor must match that of the name on the Proposals' List, under which the Request for Proposal was requested. Sealed proposals must identify on the outside envelope the name of the vendor. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for just cause per State Public Bid Law. A corporate resolution authorizing a representative of the corporation to sign the proposal must accompany the proposal if the proposer is a corporation. Such activities will be in accordance with Title 38:2237 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. An award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined in writing by the governing authority of the City of Monroe to be the most advantageous, taking into consideration price and other evaluation factors set forth in the request for proposals. MINORITY-OWNED FIRMS AND SMALL BUSINESSES ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS.
