Electrical Contract No. 03: Budget: $400,000 The AuSable Valley CSD 2024 Capital Project involves (but not limited to) scope items including bathroom renovations, classroom renovations, concrete stair replacement, fire alarms, roof assembly replacement, door replacement, theatrical lighting renovation, site work and various HVAC related replacements. It is the intention of this Project to be both environmentally and fiscally conscious of paper use and consumption. Bidder must provide Bid Security in the amount and form, per the terms indicated in Section Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days following the receipt of Bids. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, reject any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date.
