The AuSable Valley CSD 2024 Capital Project involves (but not limited to) scope items including bathroom renovations, classroom renovations, concrete stair replacement, fire alarms, roof assembly replacement, door replacement, theatrical lighting renovation, site work and various HVAC related replacements. AuSable Valley CSD 2024 Capital Project - Phase 1 - Roofing Contract No. 05 Bidder must provide Bid Security in the amount and form, per the terms indicated in SS Section Instructions to Bidders.
