Notice is hereby given that the Navajo County Board of Supervisors is seeking bids from qualified contractors proficient in pavement reconstruction for a project located near Starlight Ridge Road within Navajo County, AZ Questions must be addressed to the contact and Direct Written Questions to: Kolton Root, Sr. Procurement Officer (928) 524-4100 kolton.root@navajocountyaz.gov Competitive sealed bids for the specified material or service shall be received by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisor's Office at the Submittal Location . Bids received by the correct time and date shall be publicly recorded. Navajo County takes no responsibility for informing recipients of changes to the original solicitation document. Failure to acknowledge receipt of addendums with the solicitation response may be grounds for deeming submittal non-responsive. The official prevailing clock is located in the Clerk of the Board of Supervisor's Office. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The IFB number and the bidder's name and address should be clearly indicated on the outside of the envelope. Failure to clearly indicate IFB number, name and address on the outside of the bid package or envelope may be cause for the proposal to be deemed invalid. All proposals must be completed in ink or typewritten.
