10th Street and Alleyways project Bids from qualified contractors on the Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the City of Buckeye's 10th Street and Alleyways project. Scope of Work: The City of Buckeye is seeking Bids from qualified contractors for the 10 th Street and Alleyways CDBG project as specified in Attachment 6 - Work Statement, Attachment 7 - Technical Provisions and Specifications, and Attachment 8 - Plans. This project will complete improvements including asphalt paving, sidewalk installation, landscaping, utility adjustments, lighting and installation of a 12" HDPE storm drain system. The awarded Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services to complete the project. The project will include the safety and security of the work site, and the Contractor will need to coordinate with the City's Public Works Department personnel throughout the entirety of the project. Flowdown requirements from the Maricopa County Intergovernmental Agreement are provided in Attachment 4 - Maricopa County General Provisions and Attachment 5 - Maricopa County Special Provisions. CDBG Forms and Federal Requirements are contained within Attachment 9. All bidders are required to complete Form 1 in Attachment 9. The identified apparent lower bidder will be required to complete Forms 2-10 prior to the start of construction Question Deadline 03/24/2025 at 3:00 PM MT
